Create a beautiful yard on your own with a little bit of assistance. Or, create a beautiful one for your client from our list of plans.
Restorations Plans for Monroe County
Monroe County is an area of critical concern. There are many laws and statutes that govern landscape, mangroves, and wetlands. If you are in need of a restortation plan and permits. Give us call with all of you details and we’ll offer a free 20 minute consultation.
PLEASE NOTE:
The minimum design fees for a resortation plans are $5,000. If irrigation plans or county permits are also required it’s billed on an hourly basis. The contract price depends on the final scope of work for each project.
Interior Plant Designs
Plants add beauty and fresh clean air to our indoor environments. This is a tricky design. If you have been guessing at it and being disappointed, call Tricia. She had a professional photography studio for twenty years. With her handy light meter, she give you a design consultation that works. She’ll come to your home or office for an evaluation. Then draw up the plans with plant lists and maintenance schedule. Successful planting design requires careful research and planning. Plan twice – install once.
Full Service Designs
Have no time? But you would love to have a beautiful property to relax with the family in each evening? Maybe an outdoor pool or kitchen area – just a nice place to enjoy a beverage at sunset with your loved one? Tricia offers a full service from concept to finished construction documents as well as construction administration for your project.
PLEASE NOTE:
The minimum design fees for a planting plan are $5,000. For hardscape and irrigation or other outdoor contracting design services, the minimum is $5,000. The contract price depends on the final scope of work for each project.
We offer a redesign and horticulture consultations. On site design (recommendations for removal and installation) is a mimumn of $5,000.

Tricia is well educated in all faucets of design thinking and practice. The critical thinking skills she developed from her advanced degrees and practical experience in art, horticulture, and construction. It is a multidisciplinary field that requires collaboration and cooperation from county inspectors and subcontractors.

Her background in dolphin training is an asset for managing the many contractors and design associates for a project.
Masters in Landscape Architecture:
The three year track at FIU gave Tricia the opportunity to research and learn about the native plants and fauna of South Florida. It’s important to know about soils, geology, and water’s impact on a design decision. We also researched master planning communities. Tricia learned the latest in design technology software as well as the industry standard Auto CADD program shared between design professionals.
BA in Art, minor in art history and Academy Portrait and Figurative Certificate
Art is not only painting or drawing an image. It’s about designing what the image will look like on the medium. It’s made up according to design principals and rules. Which can be broken if you know them. This education gave Tricia the foundation for visual thinking and analysis to make it beautiful and pleasing to the human eye. If it’s only functional, it’s boring. There are many styles of creativity. Tricia will work with you to find your style and expressionism for your landscape.
FNGLA Horticulture professional
The Florida Nursery and Growers landscape association
This is a prestigious and hard earned certificate. It’s a state certification exam with four components. It covers everything from plant biology, nursery operations, to delivery, and plant installation and maintenance. Tricia took the time to study to gain a deeper understanding of plants in order to serve her clients needs. Isn’t that the time of professional you are looking for? Someone who enjoys what they do – even on their own time off?
Construction Administration:
It’s hard work. Knowing what to look for and how to communicate with your contractor is the finally piece of the puzzle. Much hard work goes into the design process but it means nothing if we can not bring it to reality. Tricia has also taken additional construction classes in scheduling and documents in order to ensure a smooth transition from paper to reality for your beautiful landscape.
